How does a company market themselves to obtain free space to exist? For the PRC, the solution was to illustrate the high amount of community traffic and benefits that the non-profit would bring to the final location.

The Photographic Resource Center found itself without a space when it learned the landlord needed the current building space back. A non-profit, the PRC was not in a position to pay hefty Boston rent fees, but offered too much to the community to be without a home. The organization offers the largest photographic library in the region, word-class exhibitions by photographers, and hosts hundreds of renown photographers as lecturers. When the client asked how something as simple as a brochure can convince a landlord to rent space out for free, the answer was almost immediate after learning the benefits that PRC brings to any community. The design celebrates and focuses on the three key opportunities for any landlord to increase foot traffic and visability. To put it simply, the PRC brings people in.
