The owners of Bedford Woods needed a property identity in order to communicate the potential of the built-to-suit campus to interested buyers. After learning about the rural atmosphere of the Bedford Woods, a moodboard was created to provide inspiration for the non-existent buildings and campus. These heavily reflecting the abundance of nature found on the campus. From there, colors and graphic styles were easily chosen to reflect this story of 9-5 life where tenants could push away from their desks and enjoy the outdoors.
